GLACIER EXPRESS TRAIN: ST. MORITZ → ZERMATT • WITH SCENIC DRIVE FROM ZURICH

A private luxury journey combining scenic alpine driving with one of the world’s most celebrated panoramic train routes. Begin in Zurich, take the wheel of a luxury supercar to cross the Swiss Alps toward St. Moritz, then slow the pace aboard the legendary Glacier Express, gliding through deep valleys, soaring peaks, and untouched alpine landscapes.

This is Switzerland experienced from two perspectives — freedom on the road and elegance on rails — perfectly balanced in a single, seamless itinerary.

Road First. Then Rail.

The journey begins behind the wheel, following hand-selected mountain roads through eastern Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and the Engadine Valley. Depending on the season, you’ll either climb the iconic Stelvio Pass or follow a beautifully varied Tri-Country route through Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.

Once in St. Moritz, the focus shifts. Your car is collected, and you continue hands-free aboard the Glacier Express, where panoramic windows frame Switzerland’s most dramatic scenery — a fitting contrast after days of alpine driving.

 Highlights include:

  • Scenic alpine drive from Zurich to St. Moritz — flowing mountain roads through eastern Switzerland

  • Julier Pass (2,284 m / 7,493 ft) — a classic gateway into the Engadine Valley

  • Optional Stelvio Pass (May–Oct) — 48 legendary hairpins climbing to 2,757 m (9,045 ft)

  • Tri-Country Drive (Nov–Apr) — Austria, Switzerland & Italy with medieval villages and Lake Reschen

  • Glacier Express: St. Moritz → Andermatt — the most scenic leg of the iconic train journey

  • Swiss Grand Canyon & Landwasser Viaduct — signature highlights along the rail route

  • Optional full Glacier Express to Zermatt — 8½ hours, 291 bridges, 91 tunnels

  • Luxury alpine hotels — carefully selected in Zurich and St. Moritz
